I took this shot while I was stuck in a ditch waiting for a tow truck, right before a snow storm. I pulled over onto the shoulder of the road and it turned out that half the shoulder was actual a foot of light fluffy snow that my car sank into.
The shot is of an Iowa farm about 20 miles north of downtown Des Moines on the northern edge of Ankeny. The things sticking out of the snow in the foreground are the leftover stalks from the last seasons corn.
